从称样量、助燃剂、吸收液等方面,研究了氧瓶燃烧过程中影响溴系阻燃剂完全燃烧、待测组分充分吸收的主要因素。探讨了电位滴定法测定溴系阻燃剂时电位滴定参数、滴定操作过程、电极的性能等因素对溴含量测量结果准确性的影响。针对不同影响因素提出了相应的解决措施,保证了测量结果的准确可靠。

Based on sample volume,combustion adjuvant,and absorption liquid,the main factors which influenced complete combustion burning of brominated flame retardants and full absorption of components were researched. The influence of parameters of potentiometric titration, titration procedure and electrode performance on the accuracy of the determination of bromine in brominated flame retardants with the potentiometric titration method were discussed. According to different effect factors,corresponding solutions were put forward to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurement results.
