对于影响热解炉–金汞齐捕集–原子吸收法测定土壤中汞的4个主要因素如分解温度、分解时间、干燥时间、干燥温度进行试验和分析,由正交试验结果可知,对测定结果的影响由大到小的次序为分解温度、分解时间、干燥时间、干燥温度,其中分解温度的影响明显大于其它3个因素。用含量范围在14~1680 ng/g的土壤和沉积物标准样品对该方法进行适用性验证,测定结果表明,对于含量大于30 ng/g的标准样品,该方法测定值与标准值相吻合,相对标准偏差不大于4.3%(n=6)。对进样量、镍舟的维护、记忆效应的消除提出了建议。

Orthogonal test was done to explain the four factor’s role,which affected the determination of mercury in soil by pyrogenic furnace–gold amalgam trap–atomic absorption spectrophotometry (PF–GAT–AAS) method. The tests results showed that the influence of decomposition temperature,decomposition time,drying time and drying temperature was gradually down,and the influence of the decomposition temperature was significantly greater than the other three factors. Soil and sediment reference materials were used to verify the method application, which content in the range of 14–1 680 ng/g. The results indicated that the values consistent with standard value of the reference materal which content more than 30 ng/g,and the relative standard deviation was less than 4.3%(n=6). The suggestions about the sample quantity,nickel boat maintenance,and elimination of memory effects were put forward.
