采用气相色谱–正化学源离子阱质谱法测定N-亚硝胺。利用二氯甲烷直接提取饮用水中的9种挥发性亚硝胺,9种挥发性亚硝胺的质量浓度与色谱峰面积线性相关,相关系数均不小于0.995,方法定量限为0.3~4.9μg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于10%(n=6),低、中、高3个添加水平的平均回收率为65%~109%。该方法快速、准确,灵敏度高,易于操作,适用于饮用水中挥发性亚硝胺的检测。
採用氣相色譜–正化學源離子阱質譜法測定N-亞硝胺。利用二氯甲烷直接提取飲用水中的9種揮髮性亞硝胺,9種揮髮性亞硝胺的質量濃度與色譜峰麵積線性相關,相關繫數均不小于0.995,方法定量限為0.3~4.9μg/L,測定結果的相對標準偏差小于10%(n=6),低、中、高3箇添加水平的平均迴收率為65%~109%。該方法快速、準確,靈敏度高,易于操作,適用于飲用水中揮髮性亞硝胺的檢測。

A gas chromatography-positive chemical ionization mass ion trap spectrometric method was developed for determination of 9 N-nitrosamines in drinking water. The sample was extracted by methylene dichloride, the concentration of N-nitrosamine was linear with the chromatographic peak area with the corelation coefficent not less than 0.995. The limit of quantitation for 9 N-nitrosamine ranged from 0.3μg/L to 4.9μg/L. The recoveries of 9 N-nitrosamine at different level were 65%–109%. The precision of the method measured by relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 10%(n=6) for all N-nitrosamines spiked at different levels. The method is accurate and sensitive,which can be applied to the analysis of 9 N-nitrosamine in drinking water.
