闭式泵控马达液压调速系统具有效率高、结构紧凑、油液不易被污染等特点,现已被广泛地应用于大功率的工业场合。为了分析闭式泵控马达液压系统效率,文章以设计的闭式变转速、变排量大功率泵控马达液压调速系统为研究对象,建立了泵控马达调速系统的效率计算模型和2种调速系统的AM ESim软件仿真模型。仿真与实验研究结果表明,在相同的负载工况条件下,闭式变转速泵控马达液压系统效率始终要比变排量的高,在高速、重载工况下两者效率接近,在低速、轻载工况下变转速泵控马达调速方式节能效果更明显。
閉式泵控馬達液壓調速繫統具有效率高、結構緊湊、油液不易被汙染等特點,現已被廣汎地應用于大功率的工業場閤。為瞭分析閉式泵控馬達液壓繫統效率,文章以設計的閉式變轉速、變排量大功率泵控馬達液壓調速繫統為研究對象,建立瞭泵控馬達調速繫統的效率計算模型和2種調速繫統的AM ESim軟件倣真模型。倣真與實驗研究結果錶明,在相同的負載工況條件下,閉式變轉速泵控馬達液壓繫統效率始終要比變排量的高,在高速、重載工況下兩者效率接近,在低速、輕載工況下變轉速泵控馬達調速方式節能效果更明顯。

For the characteristics of high efficiency ,compact structure and the oil being not easily con-taminated ,the closed hydraulic pump controlled motor system has been widely applied to high-power industrial applications .In order to analyze the efficiency of the closed hydraulic pump controlled motor system with variable speed or variable displacement ,the mathematical models and AMESim software simulation model are built .The results show that under the same load working conditions ,the effi-ciency of closed variable speed pump controlled motor is always higher than that of variable displace-ment .Under the high-speed and heavy-load working conditions ,the efficiency of variable speed pump controlled motor is close to that of variable displacement .Under low-speed and light-load working conditions ,the efficiency of energy saving of variable speed pump controlled motor is more obvious .
