切实提高教学质量，提升人才培养规格是新建高职院校的中心工作。作为人才培养的主渠道，课堂教学质量的高低直接关系到高职院校的生存和人才培养的质量。结合高职院校办学特点和教学实际，构建科学合理的课堂教学评价体系，打造专兼结合的评价队伍，采用灵活多样的评价方法和完善评价反馈机制是促进和提高课堂教学质量的关键所在。

It is the central work to improve the teaching quality and promote the talent cultivation in the newly building voca-tional colleges.As the main channel of talent cultivation,the quality of the classroom teaching is directly related to the survival of the higher vocational colleges and the quality of the talent cultivation.The key to promote and improve the quality of class-room teaching is including the construction of the scientific and reasonable evaluation system of the classroom teaching,the cre-ation of an assessment team with professional and non -professional teachers,the using of the flexible evaluation method ,and the improvement of evaluation and feedback mechanism.Those key factors all lie in the teaching characteristics and teaching practice in higher vocational colleges.
