老子无为思想可归纳为三大类：为、为无为、无不为。无为的中心思想是以虚无为本，以因循为用，是不妄为，不随意而为，不违道而为。所为或无为都需顺乎自然，是自然而为，而不是人为而为。武术思想经过历史的沉淀和一代代武者的顿悟，越发的呈现出积极和健康的一面，如“止戈为武”、“尚武爱国”、“行侠仗义”、“仁义礼信勇”等。文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对武术思想与老子无为思想进行研究，发现二者有许多共通之处，如少年期的武术思想之为、中年期的武术思想之为无为、老年期的武术思想之无不为。
노자무위사상가귀납위삼대류：위、위무위、무불위。무위적중심사상시이허무위본，이인순위용，시불망위，불수의이위，불위도이위。소위혹무위도수순호자연，시자연이위，이불시인위이위。무술사상경과역사적침정화일대대무자적돈오，월발적정현출적겁화건강적일면，여“지과위무”、“상무애국”、“행협장의”、“인의례신용”등。문장운용문헌자료법、라집분석법대무술사상여노자무위사상진행연구，발현이자유허다공통지처，여소년기적무술사상지위、중년기적무술사상지위무위、노년기적무술사상지무불위。
Lao Tzu’s Inaction can be divided into three categories:Inaction is, for doing nothing, for all things. Inaction is the center of the void, the same as in, is not do such things, not to casually, not to breach the Tao. Did or doing nothing must be accord with the nature, is for nature, rather than for people. Wushu ideas are formed through historical precipitation and practitioners Epiphany, generation after generation of increasingly showing a positive and healthy personality, such as "Wushu for No War", "Wushu Worship for Country", "Using Wushu for Justice", "Righteousness Ritual Faith Braveness", etc. With the methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper studies Wushu thoughts and Lao Tzu Inaction thoughts, finds that the two have many common points, such as striving Wushu thoughts in juvenile period, inaction Wushu thoughts in middle age, Do anything Wushu thoughts in the elder period.
