为了解甘南藏族自治州夏河县教师队伍现状,进一步加强民族地区教育人才资源合理配置,本文采用调查法从教师队伍数量、结构、教师培训现状三个方面对该地区各级各段教师队伍的现状进行了调研,结果显示:甘南藏族自治州夏河县教师数量充足,但是存在结构性缺失现象;教师队伍的结构不合理;教师培训机制不足。提出的建议是:改革教师补充机制,提高教师队伍素质;提高教师待遇,稳定教师队伍数量;加强年轻教师教育能力和学历培训;完善县域内教师定期流动机制。
為瞭解甘南藏族自治州夏河縣教師隊伍現狀,進一步加彊民族地區教育人纔資源閤理配置,本文採用調查法從教師隊伍數量、結構、教師培訓現狀三箇方麵對該地區各級各段教師隊伍的現狀進行瞭調研,結果顯示:甘南藏族自治州夏河縣教師數量充足,但是存在結構性缺失現象;教師隊伍的結構不閤理;教師培訓機製不足。提齣的建議是:改革教師補充機製,提高教師隊伍素質;提高教師待遇,穩定教師隊伍數量;加彊年輕教師教育能力和學歷培訓;完善縣域內教師定期流動機製。

To understand the status quo of the teaching staff of Xiahe County of South Gansu Zang Au-tonomous Region and further rationalize scheme of the educational talent resources of this region, this pa-per, through investigation, investigated the status quo of the teaching staff of different level and time span of this county in the perspectives of quantity, structure and training.The result shows that the quantity is abundant but with deficiency in structure, irrational structure of teaching staff and lack of teachers train-ing mechanism.To solve these problems, some suggestions are proposed:reform the mechanism of teach-er supply, raise teachers ’ general quality, increase teachers ’ income, stabilize teacher quantity, strengthen the training of young teachers ’ ability and educational attainment and perfect the periodic teacher flow mechanism of the county.
