德育是学校教育的重要组成部分,德育衔接更是其中最重要的接洽点。大中小学德育有效衔接包括四个方面,即:德育目标、德育内容、德育途径和方法、德育管理和评价,同时,也受到四个方面的主要因素影响,即:教育体制、管理主体意识、教师队伍和德育环境。
德育是學校教育的重要組成部分,德育銜接更是其中最重要的接洽點。大中小學德育有效銜接包括四箇方麵,即:德育目標、德育內容、德育途徑和方法、德育管理和評價,同時,也受到四箇方麵的主要因素影響,即:教育體製、管理主體意識、教師隊伍和德育環境。
덕육시학교교육적중요조성부분,덕육함접경시기중최중요적접흡점。대중소학덕육유효함접포괄사개방면,즉:덕육목표、덕육내용、덕육도경화방법、덕육관리화평개,동시,야수도사개방면적주요인소영향,즉:교육체제、관리주체의식、교사대오화덕육배경。
Moral education is an important part of school education,and moral education is one of the most important point of contact.Effective connection moral education among primary school,secondary school and college includes four aspects,name-ly:the goal of moral education,moral education content,ways and means of moral education,moral education management and evaluation,and so on.They are affected by the four aspects of the main factors:education system,the main body consciousness of management,teachers faculty and the moral education environment.
