自党的十八以后，党中央从全局和战略的高度出发“把立德树人作为教育的根本任务”，《教育部关于深化职业教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的若干意见（征求意见稿）》也提出“坚持立德树人、全面发展”的原则，这为各级职业院校的德育工作指明了方向。幼专学校可以通过学科教学、主题班会、社团实践、人文环境和完善评价体系等途径，有效转变幼专学校德育工作目标划一、忽略个性、注重说教、实效性不强的现状。
자당적십팔이후，당중앙종전국화전략적고도출발“파립덕수인작위교육적근본임무”，《교육부관우심화직업교육교학개혁전면제고인재배양질량적약간의견（정구의견고）》야제출“견지립덕수인、전면발전”적원칙，저위각급직업원교적덕육공작지명료방향。유전학교가이통과학과교학、주제반회、사단실천、인문배경화완선평개체계등도경，유효전변유전학교덕육공작목표화일、홀략개성、주중설교、실효성불강적현상。
Since the 18th CPC Central Committee,the Party Central Committee starts from the height of the global strategy and takes cultivating people as the fundamental task of education,which points out the direction for moral education at all levels of vocational schools.Young professional schools can,by the way of teaching school,class meetings,corporate practices,human environment and the evaluation system,effectively change the situation of ignoring personality,focusing on preaching and inef-fectiveness.
