综述了包括物理法、化学法、生物法在内的对地下水中三氯乙烯(TCE)污染修复的研究现状。从经济有效性和降解产物无害化角度,指出以脱氯菌(Dehalococcoides spp.)降解TCE是目前最为安全的修复方法之一。为进一步提高其处理效率,综合考虑脱氯菌所需合适的电子供体、适宜pH和氧化还原电位条件等方面,提出了以天然矿物电气石协同脱氯菌降解地下水中三氯乙烯的研究思路。
綜述瞭包括物理法、化學法、生物法在內的對地下水中三氯乙烯(TCE)汙染脩複的研究現狀。從經濟有效性和降解產物無害化角度,指齣以脫氯菌(Dehalococcoides spp.)降解TCE是目前最為安全的脩複方法之一。為進一步提高其處理效率,綜閤攷慮脫氯菌所需閤適的電子供體、適宜pH和氧化還原電位條件等方麵,提齣瞭以天然礦物電氣石協同脫氯菌降解地下水中三氯乙烯的研究思路。

The research status quo of the remediation of trichloroethylene(TCE) pollution in groundwater,including ph-ysical,chemical and biological methods is summarized. In terms of economic efficiency and degraded product harmless-ness,it is pointed out that using dechlorinating bacteria (Dehalococcoides spp.) for the degradation of TCE is one of the safest ways of its remediation. In order to further improve the treatment efficiency,and based on an integrated considera-tion on the appropriate electron donor,optimum pH,a oxidation reduction potential conditions,etc.,the research idea of using tourmaline cooperating with declorination bacteria for the degradation of TCE from groundwater is put forward.
