思想政治理论课教师是高职院校德育教育的主要力量，高职院校思想政治理论课的实践教学应适应并服务于高职院校人才培养模式的需求，因此，高职院校思想政治理论课教师应积极探索、创新思想政治理论课实践教学的方法和途径，发挥思想政治理论课应有的德育功能，促进高职院校学生综合素质的提升和职业能力的增强，帮助其实现从学校到社会的顺利过渡。

The ideological and political theory course teachers are the main force of the moral education in higher vocational colleges.The practical teaching of this course should adapt to and serve the needs of talent cultivation mode in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,the related teachers should actively explore and innovate the methods and means of practical teaching.The due function of moral education of the course should be developed to promote the higher vocational college students?comprehensive quality and professional ability and to help them realize smooth transition from school to the society.
