自我导向学习是干部教育在终身学习时代的应然选择。自我导向学习背景下,党校教师要重回党校教育“教育性”的起点,重新定义干部学习过程的性质,重新认识党校学员的学习特征。在此基础上思考自我导向学习对干部教育的影响,思考党校教师、学员之间的关系,最终基于自我导向学习背景,把党校教师的角色从知识的单向“传授者”转向自我导向学习的“促进者”,从“知识权威者”转向“平等对话者”,从模式化教学的机械“执行者”转向教学个性化的“创造者”,从而提升党校学员的“高空加油能力”,促进党校学员自我导向学习和可持续发展。
自我導嚮學習是榦部教育在終身學習時代的應然選擇。自我導嚮學習揹景下,黨校教師要重迴黨校教育“教育性”的起點,重新定義榦部學習過程的性質,重新認識黨校學員的學習特徵。在此基礎上思攷自我導嚮學習對榦部教育的影響,思攷黨校教師、學員之間的關繫,最終基于自我導嚮學習揹景,把黨校教師的角色從知識的單嚮“傳授者”轉嚮自我導嚮學習的“促進者”,從“知識權威者”轉嚮“平等對話者”,從模式化教學的機械“執行者”轉嚮教學箇性化的“創造者”,從而提升黨校學員的“高空加油能力”,促進黨校學員自我導嚮學習和可持續髮展。

Self-directed learning is the natural choice of cadre education in the age of life long learning. In this sense,Party school teachers should return to the educational starting point of the education,redefine the nature of the learning process of the cadres,and recognize the learning fea-tures of party school students. Then consider the influence of self-directed learning on the cadre education,and think about the relationship between the party school teachers and students. Finally, shift the roles of Party school teachers from knowledge authorities to equal interlocutors,from me-chanical executives of modeling teaching to creators of personalized teaching,so as to promote the self-directed learning and the continue development of the party school students.
