目的:观察子宫内膜异位症患者组织及血清巨噬细胞移动抑制因子( MIF )、血管内皮生长因子( VEGF)及其受体( VEGFR1、VEGFR2)的表达及与病情发展的关系。方法收治的子宫内膜异位症患者45例为观察组,选取同期体检的健康女性30例为对照组。采用免疫组织化学SP法测定2组组织MIF、VEGF、VEGFR1、VEGFR2蛋白表达,计数微血管密度( MVD)。采用酶联免疫吸附试验( ELISA)测定2组血清MIF、VEGF、VEGFR1、VEGFR2蛋白表达水平。结果观察组组织MIF、VEGF、VEGFR1、VEGFR2蛋白阳性表达率及MVD值显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P <0厖.05),且MIF、VEGF、VEGFR1、VEGFR2蛋白表达与MVD值呈正相关( P <0.05)。观察组血清MIF、VEGF、VEGFR1、 VEGFR2蛋白表达水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。观察组组织及血清MIF、VEGF、VEGFR1、VEGFR2蛋白表达均与R-AFS临床分期呈正相关( P <0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症患者组织及血清MIF、VEGF、VEGFR1、VEGFR2均呈高表达状态,且随着R-AFS分期增高其表达水平逐渐升高,并可能通过促进血管生成在内异症的发生发展中发挥重要作用。

목적:관찰자궁내막이위증환자조직급혈청거서세포이동억제인자( MIF )、혈관내피생장인자( VEGF)급기수체( VEGFR1、VEGFR2)적표체급여병정발전적관계。방법수치적자궁내막이위증환자45례위관찰조,선취동기체검적건강녀성30례위대조조。채용면역조직화학SP법측정2조조직MIF、VEGF、VEGFR1、VEGFR2단백표체,계수미혈관밀도( MVD)。채용매련면역흡부시험( ELISA)측정2조혈청MIF、VEGF、VEGFR1、VEGFR2단백표체수평。결과관찰조조직MIF、VEGF、VEGFR1、VEGFR2단백양성표체솔급MVD치현저고우대조조,차이유통계학의의( P <0방.05),차MIF、VEGF、VEGFR1、VEGFR2단백표체여MVD치정정상관( P <0.05)。관찰조혈청MIF、VEGF、VEGFR1、 VEGFR2단백표체수평현저고우대조조,차이유통계학의의( P <0.05)。관찰조조직급혈청MIF、VEGF、VEGFR1、VEGFR2단백표체균여R-AFS림상분기정정상관( P <0.05)。결론자궁내막이위증환자조직급혈청MIF、VEGF、VEGFR1、VEGFR2균정고표체상태,차수착R-AFS분기증고기표체수평축점승고,병가능통과촉진혈관생성재내이증적발생발전중발휘중요작용。
Objective To observe the expression of macrophage migration inhibition factor ( MIF ) , vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF ) and its receptor ( VEGFR2 ) in tissue and serum of patients with endometriosis, and to explore the correlation between the expressions of these factors and progression of disease.Methods A total of 45 patients with endometriosis were enrolled as observation group, and the other 30 healthy women were served as control group.The expression levels of MIF, VEGF, VEGFR1, VEGFR2 and MVD value in tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry for both groups.The expression levels of MIF, VEGF, VEGFR1, VEGFR2 protein in serum were detected by ELISA for both groups.Results The positive expression rates of MIF, VEGF, VEGFR1, VEGFR2 and MVD value in tissues in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05 ) , moreover, the expression levels of MIF, VEGF, VEGFR1, VEGFR2 were positively correlated to MVD value ( P <0.05) . The expression levels of MIF, VEGF, VEGFR1, VEGFR2 in serum in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group ( P <0.05).Furthermore the expression levels of MIF, VEGF, VEGFR1, VEGFR2 in tissue and serum in observation group were positively correlated to clinical staging of R-AFS ( P <0.05).Conclusion The high-expressions of MIF,VEGF,VEGFR1,VEGFR2 are observed in tissue and serum of patients with endometriosis,moreover,which are gradually increased with clinical staging of R-AFS, which may play an important role in pathogenesis and development of endometriosis by promoting angiogenesis .
