New confucian businessmen is born with the demand of economic and social develop-ment ,which calls for all kinds of economic management talents. Beginning from the colleges of fi-nance and economics,this paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of the new confucian businessmen ,defines the roles of Spiritual cultivation of new Confucian businessmen in colleges of finance and economics. Finally some related effective measures are suggested.
