目的:检测非小细胞肺癌( non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中E-钙黏附素( E-cadherin)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)的表达以及两者与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测138例NSCLC及78例癌旁正常肺组织中E-cadherin和MMP-2蛋白的表达情况。结果 NSCLC中,E-cadherin的阳性表达率为28垐.99%(40/138),MMP-2的阳性表达率为59.42%(82/138),两者的表达水平均与肺癌的分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及术后生存时间有明显相关( P <0.05);E-cadherin蛋白的表达与MMP-2蛋白的表达呈负相关( P <0.05)。结论 E-cadherin低表达与 MMP-2高表达是肺癌的侵袭转移的重要的生物学指标。

목적:검측비소세포폐암( non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)조직중E-개점부소( E-cadherin)화기질금속단백매-2(matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)적표체이급량자여림상병리특정적관계。방법채용면역조직화학방법검측138례NSCLC급78례암방정상폐조직중E-cadherin화MMP-2단백적표체정황。결과 NSCLC중,E-cadherin적양성표체솔위28자.99%(40/138),MMP-2적양성표체솔위59.42%(82/138),량자적표체수평균여폐암적분화정도、TNM분기、림파결전이급술후생존시간유명현상관( P <0.05);E-cadherin단백적표체여MMP-2단백적표체정부상관( P <0.05)。결론 E-cadherin저표체여 MMP-2고표체시폐암적침습전이적중요적생물학지표。
[Abstratc] Objective To investigate the expression of E-cadherin and MMP-2 in NSCLC, and to explore their relationship with the disease’ s clinicopathological characteristics.Methods The expression levels of E-cadherin and MMP-2 proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry ( SP) in 138 cases of NSCLC and 78 cases of cancer adjacent normal tissues. Results The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in NSCLC was 28.99% (40/138),and the positive expression rate of MMP-2 in NSCLC was 59.42% (82/138).The expression levels of E-cadherin and MMP-2 were closely correlated to differentiation degree of tumor,TNM staging,lymph node metastasis and patient’s survival time after operation ( P <0.05). Moreover the expression of E-cadherin was negatively related with that of MMP-2 in lung carcinoma ( P <0.05) .Conclusion The low-expression of E-cadherin and high-expression of MMP-2 may be important biological markers in the invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.
