Taking the existing literature on HowNet as the foundation of research,this paper defines the connotation of profes-sional experience of higher vocational students,reveals its main attributes,and analyzes its important value in theory and prac-tice by means of the understanding of the connotation and definition of paradigm theory,the essence of education,experiential learning theory in order to provide complementary and useful guidance for the theory and the practice experience of higher voca-tional students'employment.
