本文主要分析当前以高校为主导的大学生创业人才培养模式在课程体系、师资力量、实践训练、评价体系和创业教育理论研究等方面存在的问题，提出由政府职能部门牵头，校、企、政密切合作，依托海西区域经济社会资源，共建校际间电子商务创业教育公共实践平台的方案，研究基于电商公共实践平台的创业人才培养模式的构建思路。
本文主要分析噹前以高校為主導的大學生創業人纔培養模式在課程體繫、師資力量、實踐訓練、評價體繫和創業教育理論研究等方麵存在的問題，提齣由政府職能部門牽頭，校、企、政密切閤作，依託海西區域經濟社會資源，共建校際間電子商務創業教育公共實踐平檯的方案，研究基于電商公共實踐平檯的創業人纔培養模式的構建思路。
본문주요분석당전이고교위주도적대학생창업인재배양모식재과정체계、사자역량、실천훈련、평개체계화창업교육이론연구등방면존재적문제，제출유정부직능부문견두，교、기、정밀절합작，의탁해서구역경제사회자원，공건교제간전자상무창업교육공공실천평태적방안，연구기우전상공공실천평태적창업인재배양모식적구건사로。
The purpose of this research is to analyze the problems of entrepreneurial talent training mode under the domination of universities in the aspects of curriculum system,teacher qualification,practical training,evaluating system, entrepreneurial training theory research,etc.. This study proposes that in the support of the economic and social re-sources of the area on the West Coast of the Taiwan Straits,the government should take the lead to start a scheme for Electronic Commerce public practice platform among universities,and study the construction methods of en-trepreneurial talent training mode based on the platform in close cooperation with universities and enterprises.
