目的：通过对某区社区卫生服务中心医院感染管理现状调查，探讨促进基层医疗机构医院感染质量控制的措施。方法调查8家社区卫生服务中心医院感染管理现状，调查内容共包括医院感染管理组织、制度、培训、监测、消毒隔离、医疗废弃物以及手卫生现状。结果8家社区卫生服务中心医院感染组织建设、制度制定、人员要求、预防控制基础措施较规范。但人员培训、重点部门与环节管理欠规范；执行卫生行业标准不力，特别是未规范执行《医院消毒供应中心3个规范》、《医务人员手卫生规范》、《医疗机构消毒技术规范》；缺乏监督检查机制，各种监测方法欠准确。结论基层医疗机构医院感染组织体系较为规范，但还存在薄弱环节。应加大对基层医疗机构监督检查力度和加强培训频次；基层医疗机构应加大医院感染管理的投入，包括增加人员和增添设施。
목적：통과대모구사구위생복무중심의원감염관리현상조사，탐토촉진기층의료궤구의원감염질량공제적조시。방법조사8가사구위생복무중심의원감염관리현상，조사내용공포괄의원감염관리조직、제도、배훈、감측、소독격리、의료폐기물이급수위생현상。결과8가사구위생복무중심의원감염조직건설、제도제정、인원요구、예방공제기출조시교규범。단인원배훈、중점부문여배절관리흠규범；집행위생행업표준불력，특별시미규범집행《의원소독공응중심3개규범》、《의무인원수위생규범》、《의료궤구소독기술규범》；결핍감독검사궤제，각충감측방법흠준학。결론기층의료궤구의원감염조직체계교위규범，단환존재박약배절。응가대대기층의료궤구감독검사력도화가강배훈빈차；기층의료궤구응가대의원감염관리적투입，포괄증가인원화증첨설시。
Objective To investigate the current control situation of nosocomial infection in 8 community health service centers in a district of Hefei,and to discuss how to promote the quality control of nosocomial infection in grassroots medical institutions. Methods 8 community health service centers were investigated,and the investigation contents included the control situation of organization,regulation, training,monitoring,disinfection and isolation,hand hygiene and medical waste of nosocomial infection. Results The organization con-struction,regulation establishment,personnel requirement,basic measures of prevention and control of nosocomial infection in these 8 com-munity health service centers were standard in general. But it was not perfect in the personnel training,management of key departments and links,and execution of the health industry standards,especially such as the three standards for central sterile supply department,Standard for hand hygiene for healthcare workers and Regulation of disinfection technique in health care settings,together with insufficiency of supervi-sion and inspection mechanism and accurate monitoring methods and tests. Conclusion In grassroots medical institutions,the organization systemof nosocomial infection is standard in general,although there a few of weak links exist. It means very much to improve the control situa-tion of nosocomial infection in grassroots medical institutions by intensifying supervision and strengthenning training. The grassroots medical institutions should increase investment of personnel and facilitiesin the nosocomial infection management.
