目的:观察高压氧(HBO)下健康志愿者的经皮氧分压、呼出气中氧浓度及心率、呼吸、血压的变化。方法选取9名健康志愿者行高压氧治疗,共19次。升压20 min 受试者吸入舱内空气。压力升至0.1 MPa 后,受试者戴面罩吸入纯氧,25 min 后停止吸氧,减压出舱。加压前、开始稳压、吸氧过程中及出舱时,用密封储气袋收集受试者呼出的气体,同时记录受试者经皮氧分压、心率、呼吸频率和血压等的变化。出舱后迅速测定储气袋中氧浓度。结果常压下受试者呼出气中氧浓度、经皮氧分压分别为17.9%和66 mmHg,压力升至0.1 MPa 时分别为19.1%和132 mmHg,吸氧后两者迅速增高,2 min 时氧浓度达到91%左右,之后氧浓度上升缓慢,4 min 时达到最大值94%。4 min 时经皮氧分压达到817 mmHg,之后上升速度减慢,吸氧结束时达到922 mmHg。与加压前相比,吸氧结束时受试者心率减慢( P ﹤0.05),血压和呼吸频率无显著变化。结论高压氧治疗的初始阶段受试者经皮氧分压、呼出气中氧浓度迅速升高,4 min 时氧浓度达到最大,经皮氧分压持续缓慢增高。高压氧可减慢心率,但对呼吸频率、血压没有明显影响。

목적:관찰고압양(HBO)하건강지원자적경피양분압、호출기중양농도급심솔、호흡、혈압적변화。방법선취9명건강지원자행고압양치료,공19차。승압20 min 수시자흡입창내공기。압력승지0.1 MPa 후,수시자대면조흡입순양,25 min 후정지흡양,감압출창。가압전、개시은압、흡양과정중급출창시,용밀봉저기대수집수시자호출적기체,동시기록수시자경피양분압、심솔、호흡빈솔화혈압등적변화。출창후신속측정저기대중양농도。결과상압하수시자호출기중양농도、경피양분압분별위17.9%화66 mmHg,압력승지0.1 MPa 시분별위19.1%화132 mmHg,흡양후량자신속증고,2 min 시양농도체도91%좌우,지후양농도상승완만,4 min 시체도최대치94%。4 min 시경피양분압체도817 mmHg,지후상승속도감만,흡양결속시체도922 mmHg。여가압전상비,흡양결속시수시자심솔감만( P ﹤0.05),혈압화호흡빈솔무현저변화。결론고압양치료적초시계단수시자경피양분압、호출기중양농도신속승고,4 min 시양농도체도최대,경피양분압지속완만증고。고압양가감만심솔,단대호흡빈솔、혈압몰유명현영향。
Objective To assess the changes of partial pressure of oxygen,concentration of oxygen in exhaled gas,heart rate,respiratory rate and blood pressure in healthy volunteers exposed to hyperbaric oxygen(HBO). Methods Nine healthy volunteers were exposed to HBO. They breathed air in chamber for 20 min during ascending,inhaled in oxygen during the next 25 min through oral - nasal mask,then depressed to atmosphere. We collected gas from the volunteers and measured the concentration of oxygen,and recorded PtO2 simultaneously. Heart rate,respir-atory rate and blood pressure were measured before and after hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Results The concentration of oxygen and PtO2 were 17. 9% ,66 mmHg under atmosphere,and increased to 19. 1% ,132 mmHg after pressurization. They arose apparently when oxygen was inhaled. The concentration of oxygen reached to 91% in 2 min,and approached to the maximum in 4min. PtO2 reached to 817 mmHg in 4 min and 922 mmHg at the end of therapeutic process. Comparing to beginning,heart rate of the volunteers decreased apparently after oxygenation( P ﹤ 0. 05),respir-atory rate and blood pressure did not change. Conclusion PtO2 and the concentration of oxygen from volunteers rose severely during the process of oxygenation,and oxygen concentration reached to the maximum in 4 min and PtO2 increased slowly after that. HBO reduced heart rate,and had no effect on respiratory rate and blood pressure.
