鼓风机是高炉炼铁过程的重要动力装置,风机的工作状况将直接影响高炉的日常生产。喘振是风机的不稳定运行工况,风机控制系统必须有防喘振控制功能才能保证风机自身与高炉的安全运行。该文综合考虑风机的稳态特性与动态特性设计喘振避免方案,基于Greitzer模型设计控制率,并利用李雅普诺夫定理证明其稳定性。在MATLAB ?/SIMULINK ?平台上的仿真显示该控制方案既能扩大风机的运行范围,又能保障风机在较高效率工况点上稳定运行,从而有效避免了喘振的发生。

Blowers are important power equipment in the blast furnace process. The daily production of blast furnace is affected by the working condition of blowers directly. Surge is the instability of blow-ers. Anti-surge function is essential in control systems of blowers to guarantee the safe operation of blast furnace as well as blowers themselves. In this paper, a surge avoidance scheme is designed on considera-tion of the steady-state and dynamic characteristics of blowers. Based on the model of Greitzer, a control law is derived with its stability proved by Lyapunov Theorem. Simulations on MATLAB ?/SIMULINK ? platform show that the proposed control scheme can not only expand the operation range of blowers, but also guarantee the stability of blowers running at higher efficiency points, thus avoiding surge effectively.
