目的：通过比较生物治疗联合化疗与单纯化疗乳腺癌患者治疗前后外周血 T淋巴细胞的变化，评价生物治疗联合化疗的疗效。方法生物治疗联合化疗乳腺癌患者和单纯化疗乳腺癌患者分别于治疗前和治疗后30天抽取外周血，用流式细胞仪检测患者外周血CD3＋ T、CD4＋ T、CD8＋ T百分比。结果所有乳腺癌患者治疗后30天都较治疗前CD3＋ T、CD4＋ T、CD8＋ T百分比升高，CD4＋ T／CD8＋ T比值升高，各数值之间比较，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义，生物治疗联合化疗乳腺癌患者与单纯化疗乳腺癌患者治疗后30天，外周血CD3＋ T、CD4＋ T、CD4＋ T／CD8＋ T比值比较，以 P＜0.05为差异具有统计学意义，CD8＋ T百分比比较，P＞0.05差异无统计学意义。结论流式细胞仪检测乳腺癌患者外周血CD3＋ T百分比，CD4＋T百分比，CD8＋ T百分比，CD4＋ T／CD8＋ T比值，证实生物治疗联合化疗和单纯化疗都能提高患者的免疫功能，生物治疗联合化疗比单纯化疗更能有效的提高患者免疫功能。

목적：통과비교생물치료연합화료여단순화료유선암환자치료전후외주혈 T림파세포적변화，평개생물치료연합화료적료효。방법생물치료연합화료유선암환자화단순화료유선암환자분별우치료전화치료후30천추취외주혈，용류식세포의검측환자외주혈CD3＋ T、CD4＋ T、CD8＋ T백분비。결과소유유선암환자치료후30천도교치료전CD3＋ T、CD4＋ T、CD8＋ T백분비승고，CD4＋ T／CD8＋ T비치승고，각수치지간비교，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의，생물치료연합화료유선암환자여단순화료유선암환자치료후30천，외주혈CD3＋ T、CD4＋ T、CD4＋ T／CD8＋ T비치비교，이 P＜0.05위차이구유통계학의의，CD8＋ T백분비비교，P＞0.05차이무통계학의의。결론류식세포의검측유선암환자외주혈CD3＋ T백분비，CD4＋T백분비，CD8＋ T백분비，CD4＋ T／CD8＋ T비치，증실생물치료연합화료화단순화료도능제고환자적면역공능，생물치료연합화료비단순화료경능유효적제고환자면역공능。
Objective By comparing the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocytes before and after treatment ,used biologi‐cal therapy combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone for breast cancer patients ,the significance of the combination of biological therapy and chemotherapy is evaluated .Methods Respectively before treatment and after 30 days to extract breast cancer patients peripheral blood;Using flow cytometry to detect the value of CD3+ T ,CD4+ T ,CD8+ T in the outer peripheral blood .Results Compared with before treatment ,elevated levels of treatment after 30 days in patients with breast cancer of CD3+ T and CD4+ T ,CD8+ T decreased and CD4+ T /CD8+ T increased ,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05);30 days after treatment ,the differences of value of CD3+ T ,CD4+ T ,CD8+ T ,CD4+ T /CD8+ T in peripheral blood has statis‐tical significance ,both by biological therapy combined with chemotherapy or chemotherapy alone .Conclusion Biological therapy combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone can improve patient's immunity and biological therapy combined with chemotherapy may be more effective than chemotherapy alone improve the immunity of patients .
