This paper introduces the technique of data acquisition system based on virtual instru-ment. The subject of LabVIEW to achieve high precision temperature detection in LabVIEW 8. 2 as de-velopment platform, and AT89S52 as data collection, use DS1820 to realize temperature detection and data transfer in order to make the virtual instrument corresponding to traditional instrument, then con-structed the temperature testing system based on virtual instrument.
