目的：检测硫酸基转移酶（SULT1E1）及雌激素受体（ERα和ERβ）、孕激素受体（PRA和PRB）在子宫肉瘤组织中的表达，并分析其与子宫肉瘤发生、发展的相关性。方法：采用免疫组化法检测子宫内膜间质肉瘤（31例）、子宫平滑肌肉瘤（15例）、良性子宫平滑肌瘤（10例）及相应肌瘤组织包膜外正常肌层（10例）的SULT1E1及ERα和ERβ、PRA和PRB表达。结果：①子宫内膜间质肉瘤、子宫平滑肌肉瘤的SULT1E1蛋白表达阳性率低于正常子宫肌层，差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.0167）；②子宫内膜间质肉瘤和子宫平滑肌肉瘤的ERα蛋白表达阳性率低于子宫平滑肌瘤，差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.0167）；③子宫平滑肌肉瘤的PRA蛋白表达阳性率低于子宫平滑肌瘤，差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.0167）；④子宫内膜间质肉瘤组织中，SULT1E1与ERα、PRA、PRB蛋白之间均呈负相关（rs分别为－0.463，－0.389和－0.421，P分别为0.009，0.031和0.018），SULT1E1与ERβ蛋白之间无线性相关性（rs=0.018，P=0.925）；⑤在子宫内膜间质肉瘤组织中，ERα与PRA、PRB呈正相关（均P＜0.01）。结论：子宫肉瘤的发生、发展与子宫肉瘤组织SULT1E1蛋白表达降低或缺失有关；在子宫内膜间质肉瘤组织中SULT1E1的表达与ERα、PRA、PRB表达均呈负相关，提示它们的表达可能与子宫内膜间质肉瘤的发生、发展有关。
목적：검측류산기전이매（SULT1E1）급자격소수체（ERα화ERβ）、잉격소수체（PRA화PRB）재자궁육류조직중적표체，병분석기여자궁육류발생、발전적상관성。방법：채용면역조화법검측자궁내막간질육류（31례）、자궁평활기육류（15례）、량성자궁평활기류（10례）급상응기류조직포막외정상기층（10례）적SULT1E1급ERα화ERβ、PRA화PRB표체。결과：①자궁내막간질육류、자궁평활기육류적SULT1E1단백표체양성솔저우정상자궁기층，차이유통계학의의（균P＜0.0167）；②자궁내막간질육류화자궁평활기육류적ERα단백표체양성솔저우자궁평활기류，차이유통계학의의（균P＜0.0167）；③자궁평활기육류적PRA단백표체양성솔저우자궁평활기류，차이유통계학의의（균P＜0.0167）；④자궁내막간질육류조직중，SULT1E1여ERα、PRA、PRB단백지간균정부상관（rs분별위－0.463，－0.389화－0.421，P분별위0.009，0.031화0.018），SULT1E1여ERβ단백지간무선성상관성（rs=0.018，P=0.925）；⑤재자궁내막간질육류조직중，ERα여PRA、PRB정정상관（균P＜0.01）。결론：자궁육류적발생、발전여자궁육류조직SULT1E1단백표체강저혹결실유관；재자궁내막간질육류조직중SULT1E1적표체여ERα、PRA、PRB표체균정부상관，제시타문적표체가능여자궁내막간질육류적발생、발전유관。
Objective:To analyze the expression of SULT1E1,ERα,ERβ,PRA and PRB protein in uterine sarcoma in order to find their clinical significance. Methods:The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of SULT1E1,ERα,ERβ,PRA and PRB in 31 cases of endometrial stromal sarcoma,15 cases of leiomyosarcoma tissues,10 cases of uterine leiomyoma tissues and 10 cases of normal myometrium tissues far away the wrapping membrane of myoma. Results:①The positive rate of SULT1E1 protein in endometrial stromal sarcoma and leiomyosarcoma tissues is significantly lower than that in normal myometrium tissues (P<0.016 7). ②The positive rate of ERα protein in endometrial stromal sarcoma and leiomyosarcoma tissues is significantly lower than that in uterine leiomyoma (P<0.016 7).③The positive rate of PRA protein in leiomyosarcoma is significantly lower than that in uterine leiomyoma (P<0.016 7).④In endometrial stromal sarcoma tissues, SULT1E1 had negative correlation with ERα,PRA and PRB (rs=-0.463,P=0.009;rs=-0.389,P=0.031;rs=-0.421,P=0.018, respectively),and had no correlation with ERβ(rs=0.018,P=0.925).⑤In endometrial stromal sarcoma tissues, ERαhad positive correlation with PRA and PRB(P<0.01). Conclusions:The diminution or deletion of SULT1E1 protein expression relates to the development uterine sarcoma;SULT1E1 has significantly negative correlation with ERα, PRA and PRB in endometrial stromal sarcoma,which may influence the development of endometrial stromal sarcoma.
