20世纪50年代初,党和政府对云南边疆还处于原始社会末期的基诺、独龙、德昂族等,通过直接过渡的政策使其过渡到社会主义社会,实现了历史性的跨越。随着“直过民族”社会形态的跨越,其民族教育也从传统的原始教育跨越到近代学校教育,实现了教育的跨越发展。应该总结“直过区”教育跨越发展的历史经验,探索边疆少数民族教育发展的规律、趋势和存在的问题,为今后“直过民族”教育发展提供思考和借鉴,为党和政府实现民族地区教育跨越发展提供理论借鉴及决策参考。

In the early 1950 s the party and the government of yunnan province is still in the late primitive so-ciety of Jinuo, Dulong, Deang, etc, through direct transition policy make the transition to the socialist society, realized the historical spanning.As the “straight national” social form of span, the national education from the traditional original education to modern school education, realize the spanning development of education.Summa-ry “straight area” of the development of education across the historical experience, explore the rules of the devel-opment of the frontier minority education, trends and existing problems, and for the future“straight” thinking and reference for the development of education.At the same time also for the party and the government to provide the-oretical reference to realize education in national regions across the development and decision-making reference.
