目的：观察盐酸氨溴索联合桉柠蒎治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的临床疗效。方法将64例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为治疗组32例，对照组32例，2组患者均给予吸氧、抗炎、解痉平喘、止咳等常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用盐酸氨溴索注射液静滴联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊口服，对照组在常规治疗的基础上单用盐酸氨溴索注射液静滴，疗程7 d，7 d后观察2组患者的临床疗效。结果2组患者的临床疗效比较差异有显著统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论盐酸氨溴索联合桉柠蒎治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效显著，且安全性较高。
목적：관찰염산안추색연합안저파치료만성조새성폐질병（COPD）적림상료효。방법장64례만성조새성폐질병환자수궤분위치료조32례，대조조32례，2조환자균급여흡양、항염、해경평천、지해등상규치료，치료조재상규치료적기출상가용염산안추색주사액정적연합안저파장용연효낭구복，대조조재상규치료적기출상단용염산안추색주사액정적，료정7 d，7 d후관찰2조환자적림상료효。결과2조환자적림상료효비교차이유현저통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론염산안추색연합안저파치료만성조새성폐질병료효현저，차안전성교고。
