目的：探讨细胞核因子κB（NF -κB）、环氧合酶-2（COX -2）在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取2009年12月至2014年3月间收治的88例结直肠癌病例，及同时期疑似结直肠癌并做组织活检的正常对照组62例。采用免疫组化学染色法（SP 法）检测 NF -κB、COX -2在结直肠黏膜组织中的表达。结果①NF -κB 在结肠癌组织中表达，淋巴结转移阳性率为94.59%，低分化阳性率为100%，临床分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期阳性率为94.59%；COX -2在结肠癌组织中表达，淋巴结转移阳性率为94.59%，低分化阳性率为87.50%，临床分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期阳性率为86.49%。NF -κB、COX -2在结肠癌组织中的表达与淋巴结转移、分化程度及临床分期密切相关，差异均具有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）。②NF -κB 在结肠癌组织与正常结直肠组织中的表达阳性率分别为67.05%和22.58%。COX -2在结肠癌组织与正常结直肠组织中的表达阳性率分别为47.73%和11.29%。NF -κB 与 COX -2在结直肠癌组织中表达的阳性率明显高于正常结直肠组织，差异具有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）。结论 NF -κB、COX -2在结直肠癌组织中的表达与淋巴结转移、分化程度及临床分期密切相关，检测 NF -κB、COX -2表达可指导临床对于结直肠癌的诊断与鉴别诊断。
목적：탐토세포핵인자κB（NF -κB）、배양합매-2（COX -2）재결직장암조직중적표체급기림상의의。방법선취2009년12월지2014년3월간수치적88례결직장암병례，급동시기의사결직장암병주조직활검적정상대조조62례。채용면역조화학염색법（SP 법）검측 NF -κB、COX -2재결직장점막조직중적표체。결과①NF -κB 재결장암조직중표체，림파결전이양성솔위94.59%，저분화양성솔위100%，림상분기Ⅲ、Ⅳ기양성솔위94.59%；COX -2재결장암조직중표체，림파결전이양성솔위94.59%，저분화양성솔위87.50%，림상분기Ⅲ、Ⅳ기양성솔위86.49%。NF -κB、COX -2재결장암조직중적표체여림파결전이、분화정도급림상분기밀절상관，차이균구유통계학의의（ P ﹤0.05）。②NF -κB 재결장암조직여정상결직장조직중적표체양성솔분별위67.05%화22.58%。COX -2재결장암조직여정상결직장조직중적표체양성솔분별위47.73%화11.29%。NF -κB 여 COX -2재결직장암조직중표체적양성솔명현고우정상결직장조직，차이구유통계학의의（ P ﹤0.05）。결론 NF -κB、COX -2재결직장암조직중적표체여림파결전이、분화정도급림상분기밀절상관，검측 NF -κB、COX -2표체가지도림상대우결직장암적진단여감별진단。
Objective To discuss the expression and clinical significance of NF - κB and COX - 2 in colorectal cancer. Methods 88 cases of colorectal cancer treated form December 2009 and March 2014 were collected into this study. And 62 cases of normal colorectal tissues of suspected colorectal cancer patients were also included into the present study. The expression of NF - κB and COX - 2 in colorectal mucosa were detected by immune chemical staining(SP method). The expression and clinical significance of NF - κB and COX - 2 in colorectal cancer were researched and analyzed. Results ①The expression of NF - κB in colorectal cancer:the positive rate of lymph node metastasis was 94. 59% . The positive rate of less differentiation was 100% . The positive rate of Ⅲ and Ⅳ clinical stage was 94. 59% . The expression of COX - 2 in color-ectal cancer:the positive rate of lymph node metastasis was 94. 59% ,the positive rate of less differentiation was 87. 50% ,the positive rate of Ⅲand Ⅳclinical stage was 86. 49% . The expression of NF - κB and COX - 2 in colorectal Cancer is closely related with lymph node metastasis,dif-ferentiation and clinical stage( P ﹤ 0. 05). The difference is statistically significant. ②The expression positive rate of NF - κBin colorectal cancer tissue and normal colorectal cancer tissue respectively are 67. 05% and 22. 58% . And the expression positive rate of COX - 2in colorectal cancer tissue and normal colorectal cancer tissue respectively was 47. 73% and 11. 29% . The expression positive rate of NF - κB and COX - 2 in colorec-tal Cancer tissues was obviously higher than that in normal colorectal tissues( P ﹤ 0. 05). The difference is statistically significant. Conclusion The expression of NF - κB and COX - 2 in colorectal cancer is closely related with lymph node metastasis,differentiation and clinical stage,and can guide clinical for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of colorectal cancer,worthy of being widely popularization and application in clinic.
