目的:探讨步态训练矫正仪对脑卒中足下垂患者的步态改善情况。方法收集符合本研究标准的脑卒中足下垂患者共30例,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各15例。两组患者均给予常规的药物治疗及功能康复训练,在此基础上观察组加用步态训练矫正仪治疗,1天2次,每次10~15 min。治疗前及治疗4周后,分别对两组患者下肢运动功能评定量表(FMA 评分)、异常步态模式评定量表及步态时空参数的结果进行分析比较。结果治疗4周后,两组患者的 FMA 评分、异常步态模式评分及步行参数均较治疗前改善(P ﹤0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P ﹤0.05)。结论步态训练矫正仪可改善脑卒中患者足下垂步态。

목적:탐토보태훈련교정의대뇌졸중족하수환자적보태개선정황。방법수집부합본연구표준적뇌졸중족하수환자공30례,안수궤수자표법수궤분위대조조화관찰조,매조각15례。량조환자균급여상규적약물치료급공능강복훈련,재차기출상관찰조가용보태훈련교정의치료,1천2차,매차10~15 min。치료전급치료4주후,분별대량조환자하지운동공능평정량표(FMA 평분)、이상보태모식평정량표급보태시공삼수적결과진행분석비교。결과치료4주후,량조환자적 FMA 평분、이상보태모식평분급보행삼수균교치료전개선(P ﹤0.05),차관찰조우우대조조(P ﹤0.05)。결론보태훈련교정의가개선뇌졸중환자족하수보태。
Objective Todiscussthe effect of orthotic gait training device on gaittraining in thestroke patients with foot drop. Meth-ods A total of 30 patients with post-stroke foot dropsatisfying enrollment criteriawere collected anddivided into experiment group and control groupby random number table,with15 cases in each group. All patients were given conventional drugtherapy and functional training,where-aspatients inthe experiment group were applied with additional treatment of GYKF-I orthotic gait training device for two times a day,10-15 minutesonce. With 4 weeks oftreatment,the scores of assessment scalesof lower extremity motor function and abnormal gait mode,and the re-sults of spatio-temporal gait parameters in the two groupsbefore and after treatmentwere analyzed and compared. Results After treatment, the scores and gait parameters were improved when compared with thosebefore treatment(P ﹤ 0. 05),and between the two groups,the scores and gait parameters were muchbetter in the experiment group with significant difference(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The gait training device combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy is more effective to stroke patients with foot drop than conventional rehabilitation therapya-lone.
