采用水悬浮包覆技术制备了 TATB/HMX 基 PBX,研究了料液比(TATB/HMX 与纯净水的质量比)、温度、真空压力、颗粒的成熟时间、表面活性剂等因素对TATB/H MX基PBX包覆效果的影响。结果表明,当料液比为1∶10时,水对包覆颗粒的打磨作用明显;真空压力为0.045 MPa时,60℃可以使乙酸乙酯/水恒沸物不沸腾,且包覆颗粒呈球形;在温度为60℃、真空压力为0.045 MPa、搅拌速率为500 r/min 条件下,控制成熟时间为3 min, TATB/HMX基PBX的最大堆积密度为0.8240 g/cm3;Span-80/Tween-80(质量比6∶4)复合表面活性剂可明显改善TATB/H MX基PBX的包覆效果。

TATB/HMX based PBXs were prepared using slurry coating technique.The effects such as ratio of ma-terial to liquid,temperature,vacuum pressure,maturing time and surfactant on the coating process of TATB/HMX based PBX were studied.Results show that,when the ratio of material to liquid is 1∶10,the polishment effect of water on TATB/HMX based PBXs is obvious.When the vacuum pressure is 0.045 MPa ,temperature of 60℃ can avoid boiling of azeotrope composed of ethyl acetate and water and the coated samples are spherical.Under the con-ditions of temperature of 60℃,vacuum pressure of 0.045 MPa,agitating rate of 500 r/min and maturing time of 3 min,the bulk density of TATB/HMX based PBX reaches to the highest value of 0.8240 g/cm3 .Span-80/Tween-80 composite surfactant with mass ratio of 6∶4 can obviously improve the coating efficiency.
