目的：探讨血、尿β2微球蛋白在诊断糖尿病肾病患者早期肾损伤中的临床价值。方法将糖尿病患者根据症状分为糖尿病肾损害组35例和非损害组33例，另取同期健康体检者78例作为对照组。测定各组血、尿β2微球蛋白的水平，同时测定各组的血清肌酐（Scr）、尿素（Urea）、肌酐清除率（Ccr）。结果糖尿病患者组血、尿β2微球蛋白均有升高，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；糖尿病肾损害组和非损害组比较，血β2微球蛋白差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），而尿β2微球蛋白差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论通过检测糖尿病肾病患者血、尿β2微球蛋白水平，对病情观测有一定临床价值，肾脏受损越严重，血、尿β2微球蛋白检测值越高。
목적：탐토혈、뇨β2미구단백재진단당뇨병신병환자조기신손상중적림상개치。방법장당뇨병환자근거증상분위당뇨병신손해조35례화비손해조33례，령취동기건강체검자78례작위대조조。측정각조혈、뇨β2미구단백적수평，동시측정각조적혈청기항（Scr）、뇨소（Urea）、기항청제솔（Ccr）。결과당뇨병환자조혈、뇨β2미구단백균유승고，여대조조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；당뇨병신손해조화비손해조비교，혈β2미구단백차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），이뇨β2미구단백차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론통과검측당뇨병신병환자혈、뇨β2미구단백수평，대병정관측유일정림상개치，신장수손월엄중，혈、뇨β2미구단백검측치월고。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum and urine β2 microglobulin in the patients with diabetic nephropathy .Methods The diabetic patients were divided into the diabetic kidney damage group(35 ca‐ses) and the non‐damage group(33 cases) ,contemporaneous 78 individuals undergoing healthy physical examination were taken as the control group .Serum and urineβ2 microglobulin were tested in 3 groups .Results Serum and urineβ2 microglobulin levels in the diabetic groups were increased compared with the control group ,the difference was sta‐tistically significant(P<0 .05);the differences in serum β2 microglobulin level had statistical significance(P<0 .05) between the diabetic kidney damage group and the non‐damage group ,while urineβ2 microglobulin level had no statis‐tical difference between the two group(P>0 .05) .Conclusion Detecting serum and urineβ2 microglobulin level has certain clinical value for observing the disease condition ,the severe the kidney injury is ,the higher the serum and u‐rineβ2 is .
