为了生产更优质的催化裂化原料,延长渣油加氢装置运转周期,根据渣油加氢反应的特点,在前两代 RHT 系列催化剂的基础上,中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发了第三代 RHT 系列催化剂。中国石化齐鲁分公司工业应用结果表明,第三代 RHT 系列催化剂具有良好的脱硫、脱残炭、脱金属活性及活性稳定性。中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司工业应用结果表明,与第二代催化剂相比,第三代 RHT 系列催化剂具有更高的加氢脱硫、加氢脱残炭和加氢脱金属活性,达到相同产品质量所需要的反应温度更低,使用寿命延长。

According to the characteristics of the residual oil hydrogenation reaction and based on the former two generation RHT series catalysts,Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum Processing developed the third generation RHT catalyst in order to produce high quality FCC material and prolong the operating cycle of residue hydrodesulfurization unit. The results of commercial application in Sinopec Qilu Company showed that the third generation RHT catalyst exhibited high activity and stability for desulfurization (HDS),carbon residue removal(HDCCR)and demetalization(HDM). The results of commercial application in Sinopec Hainan Refining & Chemical Co. ,Ltd. demonstrated that the third generation RHT catalyst possessed higher HDS,HDCCR,and HDM activity than the second generation RHT catalyst. It needed lower reaction temperature and its service life was significantly extended to obtain the product with the same quality.
