By using B/S (Browser/Server)mode and OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis Design)and other information technologies,talents database platform in geological exploration frontline has been set up in order to realize the management of collecting talents information,training plan and training obj ects,and related data query and statistics.Thus,the whole process of cultivating talents in geological exploration frontline comprehensively,accurately and dynamically can be realized.It will lay solid foundation for build-ing frontline talent information service platform in geological exploration,and provide a basis for decision making of land and resources management .
