热轧带钢表面上出现了一种新形缺陷，该缺陷形貌象“云团状”结疤缺陷。通过工业试验和塑性理论分析，快速找到问题产生的根源，确认该种缺陷为裂纹，与低温出钢时带钢局部过冷有关。为避免该缺陷再次发生，应定期检查、更换轧机前后的除鳞集管、水嘴，提高中间坯温度的均匀性。

There is a new type of crack defect appearing on hot rolling strip steel; it likes a "cloud cluster"scab.With industrial test and plasticity theoretical analysis, the source of the defect is fast found out:this is a kind of crack, concerned with part of strip steel being too cold when tapping under low temperature.To a-void it, the scale-removing pipes and water nozzle at front and rear of mill should be checked and changed in regular period to improve the temperature homogeneity of medium billet.
