为适应对钢材质量要求的不断提高,促进铁水预处理技术的发展,承钢开发了新型铁水脱磷预处理技术。针对承钢含钒铁水的特殊性,在传统工艺基础上,开发了新型半钢脱磷预处理技术,降低了半钢磷含量,实现转炉少渣、高拉碳冶炼操作,降低了石灰、钢铁料消耗和合金消耗,有效提高了钢材质量,对研发更多低磷品种钢具有重要意义。
為適應對鋼材質量要求的不斷提高,促進鐵水預處理技術的髮展,承鋼開髮瞭新型鐵水脫燐預處理技術。針對承鋼含釩鐵水的特殊性,在傳統工藝基礎上,開髮瞭新型半鋼脫燐預處理技術,降低瞭半鋼燐含量,實現轉爐少渣、高拉碳冶煉操作,降低瞭石灰、鋼鐵料消耗和閤金消耗,有效提高瞭鋼材質量,對研髮更多低燐品種鋼具有重要意義。

To mete the higher and higher demand for quality of steels and promote the continuous development of hot metal pre-treating technique, the new type of hot metal dephosphorization pre-treating technique is developed in Cheng Steel:for the particularity of vanadium-bearing hot metal in Cheng Steel, based on the traditional process, the new type of semisteel dephosphorization pre -treating technique is developed, the phosphorous content in semi-steel is reduced, the operation of les slag and high catch carbon in converter is realized, the consumption of lime, iron and steel materials and alloy is reduced, the quality of steels effec-tively improved.All of these have an important significance for development of more kinds of low phosphor-ous steel.
