针对轧机速度控制中存在的光码盘偏心问题,建立了实际几何计算模型,推导出高精度的近似计算方法。通过仿真结果对比,验证了简化模型的有效性和高精度。给出了偏心度和初始角度的在线辨识方法,并在连续模型的基础上,进一步推导出基于数字控制系统传统测速方案的离散模型。该模型算法简单,实际运行效果验证了该算法的有效性,具有很好的推广应用价值。

To solve the problem of eccentricity of optical code disc in mill speed control, an actual geometric calculation model is built, the high-precision approximate calculation method is derived.Through emulation result comparison, the effectiveness and high precision of simplified model are verified.The on-line identi-fication method of eccentricity and preliminary angle are offered, and from the continuous model a dispersed model based on the traditional speed measuring plan of digital control system is further derived.This model algorithm is simple, and its effectiveness is verified in actual operation, has excellent promotion value.
