目的：运用模型中医学思维模型探究糖尿病肾病（ Diabetic nephropathy，DN）的临床治疗思路。方法参阅模型中医学思维模型及DN的相关文献资料，运用模型中医学的思维探究DN发生、发展的病因病机、治疗原则、组方用药及治疗方法。结果运用模型中医学思维对DN进行分析后，对其临床治疗思路的认识具有独特的解析和构建。结论模型中医学对DN的理论研究和临床治疗具有一定的学术研究价值。
목적：운용모형중의학사유모형탐구당뇨병신병（ Diabetic nephropathy，DN）적림상치료사로。방법삼열모형중의학사유모형급DN적상관문헌자료，운용모형중의학적사유탐구DN발생、발전적병인병궤、치료원칙、조방용약급치료방법。결과운용모형중의학사유대DN진행분석후，대기림상치료사로적인식구유독특적해석화구건。결론모형중의학대DN적이론연구화림상치료구유일정적학술연구개치。
Objective To analyses the diabetic nephropathy’ s clinical treatment methods by using the model of TCM.Methods Based on the theory of the model of TCM,we explored the diabetic nephropathy’ s etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principles, prescription and treatment methods.Results The model of TCM had special effect on the diabetic nephropathy’ s clinical methods.Conclusion The model of TCM has significant effect on the theory research and clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
