目的:应国家“十百千万工程”要求,了解重庆市万州区及周边基层医院全自动生化分析仪的配置、使用现状与需求情况。方法采用问卷调查和走访调查等方式,调查了万州区及周边10个县级医院和71个乡镇卫生院及其检验人员。结果29个乡镇卫生院未配置全自动生化分析仪;52个医院配置国产和进口全自动生化分析仪的比例为88.5%和11.5%;使用进口分析仪的总体满意程度要高于国产,但在经济和环境适宜性上国产分析仪值得肯定;医院在选购进口和国产全自动生化分析仪的比例为30.6%和69.4%;使用者最关心的问题集中在仪器的性能、功能、售价及售后服务方面。结论基层医院特别是乡镇卫生院全自动生化分析仪要进一步加强配置;国产全自动生化分析仪在基层医院较为接受,仪器的性能和功能及售后服务有待提高;国内厂家在研发及国家在配送全自动生化分析仪时要充分考虑基层医院的实际需求。

Objective To research the configuration ,current situation and demands of automatic biochemical analyzers in primary hospitals of Wanzhou district and nearby areas .Methods 10 county hospital ,71 tow nship hospi‐tals and their inspection personnel were surveyed by adopting the patterns of interview investigation and questionnaire survey ,etc .Results There were 29 township hospitals without configuring the automatic biochemical analyzer ;the proportions of configuring the domestic and imported automatic biochemical analyzers in 52 hospitals were 88 .5%and 11 .5% respectively ;the total satisfaction of imported analyzers was higher than that of domestic analyzers ,but the domestic analyzers were worth approving in the economy and suitability ;the proportions of selectively purchasing the imported and domestic automatic biochemical analyzer were 30 .6% and 69 .4% respectively ;the most concerned problems for the users focused on the aspects of the instrument performance ,selling price and after‐sales service . Conclusion Should further strengthen the configuration of the automatic biochemical analyzers in primary hospitals , especially the township hospitals ;the domestic automatic biochemical analyzers are more accepted in these hospitals , but the instrument performance and after‐sales service need to be improved;the state and manufacturers should give full consideration to the actual needs of the primary hospitals in the research and development ,and distribution of the automatic biochemical analyzers .
