目的:初步探讨 microRNA‐193b(miR‐193b)作为阿尔茨海默病(AD)生物标志物的潜在价值。方法使用超速离心法提取痴呆期AD(DAT )患者和轻度认知障碍(MCI)患者和健康对照组血清和脑脊液外吐小体并检测其miR‐193b水平。结果 MCI和DAT患者脑脊液及血清外吐小体内miR‐193b水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),且DAT组低于MCI组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑脊液和血清外吐小体内miR‐193b可能为AD ,特别是早期诊断AD的标志物。

목적:초보탐토 microRNA‐193b(miR‐193b)작위아이자해묵병(AD)생물표지물적잠재개치。방법사용초속리심법제취치태기AD(DAT )환자화경도인지장애(MCI)환자화건강대조조혈청화뇌척액외토소체병검측기miR‐193b수평。결과 MCI화DAT환자뇌척액급혈청외토소체내miR‐193b수평균저우대조조(P<0.05),차DAT조저우MCI조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론뇌척액화혈청외토소체내miR‐193b가능위AD ,특별시조기진단AD적표지물。
Objective To evaluate the potential value of microRNA‐193b(miR‐193b) as a biomarker in Alzhei‐mer′s disease(AD) .Methods The super centrifugation method was adopted to extract the exosome from serum and cerebrospinal fluid and the level of exosomal miR‐193b was detected in the patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) ,patients with dementia of Alzheimer′s type(DAT ) and healthy control group .Results The exosomal miR‐193b levels in cerebrospinal fluid of the patients with MCI and DAT were significantly higher than that of the control (P<0 .05) ,moreover the DAT group was lower than the MCI group(P<0 .05) .The exosomal miR‐193b levels in serum of the patients with MCI and DAT were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0 .05) .Conclu‐sion The exosomal miR‐193b in serum and cerebrospinal fluid may be a potential biomarker of AD ,especially for its early stage .
