通过对黑龙江省50个社区卫生服务中心的全科医生进行现场访谈,了解全科医生的人员构成、培训状况以及基本公共卫生服务能力的现状,探究全科医生发展中存在的主要问题,为进一步提高全科医生培养质量提出可行性建议.调查结果显示,全科医生的素质、转岗培训、健康档案管理和双向转诊等需要进一步完善,在进行全科医生规范化培训的同时,应当注重发挥医学院校在全科医生培养上的重要作用,完善全科医生培养模式,提高全科医生的培养质量,满足社区居民的卫生服务需求.

This paper describes the interview with 50 general practitioners of community health service centers in Heilongjiang Province.It is to understand the general practitioners' training and basic public health services and find the main problems existing in the development of general practitioners,in order to propose positive advices for scientific training of general practitioners and further improve their quality.According to the results of the survey,general practitioners' quality,training,health archives management and two-way referral needs further improvement.At the same time of general practitioners standardized training,the important role of medical schools in general practitioner training should be paid attention so as to perfect the training system and improve the training quality of general practitioners and finally meet community' demand for health services.
