随着微电子、光电子、太阳能光伏技术的发展以及光学与电子学的融合及国内外市场竞争的日趋激烈,以非球面光学元件为代表的先进技术日益成为一个国家制造实力的重要体现,发展新的非球面加工技术,提高加工精度和效率,降低加工成本是不懈追求的目标。针对Φ76.2 mm非球面透镜,对铣磨成型工艺、抛光工艺、抛光设备等相关工艺参数进行了研究,采用弹性模预抛光与小磨头修正抛光相结合的两步研抛法对零件表面快速抛光,给出了一套规范的非球面数控加工工艺,并对影响因素进行了分析。

With the development of microelectronics, optoelectronics, solar photovoltaic technology and the in?tegration of optics and electronics and increasingly fierce competition in domestic and foreign market, advanced manufacturing technology of aspheric optical components is increasingly becoming an important manifestation of a country's manufacturing capability. It is the constant pursuit goal to develop new aspheric processing technology, improve processing accuracy and efficiency and reduce the aspheric processing cost. The techniques parameters such as grinding process, polishing process and polishing equipment for fabrication technology ofΦ76.2 mm aspher?ic lens are researched. Two-step polishing method combined with elastic model pre-polishing and corrective polish?ing with small tool is used to polish accessory surface quickly. A set of standard numerical control processing tech?nology for aspheric surface is introduced, and the influencing factors are analyzed.
