目的：构建四年制本科护理学专业实践教学体系。方法：在人文理念的指导下，通过课程建设、教学改革、科研项目、实习管理、学生工作等方面进行实践教学体系的构建。结果：构建了“四段一体、四平台、三层次、六环节”具有护理学专业特色的实践教学体系。结论：大理学院护理学专业作为教育部特色专业建设点，构建的具有护理学专业特色的四年制本科护理学专业实践教学体系可为云南省乃至全国高等护理本科实践教学体系的构建提供参考价值。

목적：구건사년제본과호이학전업실천교학체계。방법：재인문이념적지도하，통과과정건설、교학개혁、과연항목、실습관리、학생공작등방면진행실천교학체계적구건。결과：구건료“사단일체、사평태、삼층차、륙배절”구유호이학전업특색적실천교학체계。결론：대이학원호이학전업작위교육부특색전업건설점，구건적구유호이학전업특색적사년제본과호이학전업실천교학체계가위운남성내지전국고등호리본과실천교학체계적구건제공삼고개치。
Objective:To construct the practice teaching system of four-year undergraduate nursing specialty. Methods:Under the guidance of humanism, it constructed the practice teaching system by curriculum construction, teaching reform, research, practice management, student work, etc. Results: It has constructed the practice teaching system with nursing professional characteristics of "four-in-one, four-platform, three-level, six-link". Conclusion: Nursing specialty of Dali University is the characteristic specialized construction of ministry of education. Construction of the practice teaching system with nursing professional characteristics of four-year undergraduate nursing specialty can provide a reference significance for the construction of the practice teaching system of undergraduate nursing in Yunnan higher education and even the national higher education.
