目的：探讨基层卫生院PPH手术治疗痔疮应用护理新技术，规范、提升护理质量。方法：通过编制PPH术前、术后健康教育手册，规范护理程序，加强并发症的观察与预防。结果：108例PPH手术患者，取得满意护理结果，仅15例发生肛门疼痛与坠胀，44例发生术后尿潴留，其余患者无肛门大便失禁、肛管狭窄、肛周感染等并发症。结论：健康教育手册的编制应用，规范化的护理管理适用于基层卫生院，特别针对护理人员良莠不齐的状况，对保障并提升护理质量有一定的实效。
목적：탐토기층위생원PPH수술치료치창응용호리신기술，규범、제승호리질량。방법：통과편제PPH술전、술후건강교육수책，규범호리정서，가강병발증적관찰여예방。결과：108례PPH수술환자，취득만의호리결과，부15례발생항문동통여추창，44례발생술후뇨저류，기여환자무항문대편실금、항관협착、항주감염등병발증。결론：건강교육수책적편제응용，규범화적호리관리괄용우기층위생원，특별침대호리인원량유불제적상황，대보장병제승호리질량유일정적실효。
Objective:To explore the new nursing method of PPH operation treating hemorrhoids applied by township health centers and to regulate and improve the quality of nursing. Methods:Preoperative and postoperative health education manuals were made to regulate nursing and prevent complications. Results:One hundred and eight cases of PPH patients received satisfactory nursing. Anal pain and distention occurred in 15 cases, urinary retention occurred in 44 cases after operation. Others had no anal incontinence, anal stenosis, anal infection and other complications. Conclusion: Health education manual which standardizes nursing management is suitable for township health centers to improve nursing quality.
