为了解高职院校课程改革与教师专业发展之间的关系,减小高职院校课程改革中的教师阻力寻求途径,编制了《高职院校课程改革与教师专业发展调研问卷》,采用问卷调查和访谈法结合的方法,对广东省部分高职院校300名教师进行了调查研究,并基于研究结果提出了基于教师专业发展视角的应对策略。
為瞭解高職院校課程改革與教師專業髮展之間的關繫,減小高職院校課程改革中的教師阻力尋求途徑,編製瞭《高職院校課程改革與教師專業髮展調研問捲》,採用問捲調查和訪談法結閤的方法,對廣東省部分高職院校300名教師進行瞭調查研究,併基于研究結果提齣瞭基于教師專業髮展視角的應對策略。

In order to figure out the relationship between the curriculum reform and teachers’ professional development in vocational colleges, and so as to find a solution to teachers’ resistance to the curriculum reform, the research group has developed “The questionnaire of curriculum reform and teachers’ development in vocational colleges”. The combination of the methods of questionnaire survey and interview is applied on 300 teachers in vocational colleges in Guangdong. On the basis of the research result, coping strategies based on teachers’ professional development are put forward.
