目的:探讨玻璃纤维桩及不同修复方式对根管治疗后上颌中切牙抗折强度及劈裂形式的影响。方法选择因牙周炎拔除的上颌中切牙50颗,按随机数字表法分为5组,每组10颗:A 组不进行任何处理;B 组用树脂充填修复;C 组用玻璃纤维桩+树脂充填修复;D 组用树脂充填+铸瓷贴面修复;E 组用玻璃纤维桩+铸瓷贴面修复。修复后,制备抗折强度检测试件,使用万能试验机进行压力试验,分别记录载荷大小、牙齿折裂的位置和方式并进行统计学分析。结果B 组载荷力值与 A 组差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);C 组、D 组、E 组载荷力值与 A、B 组有明显差异(P <0.001)。结论使用复合树脂充填修复根管治疗后上颌中切牙具有较高的抗折强度;使用瓷贴面修复,牙体组织的去除降低了牙齿的抗折强度。

목적:탐토파리섬유장급불동수복방식대근관치료후상합중절아항절강도급벽렬형식적영향。방법선택인아주염발제적상합중절아50과,안수궤수자표법분위5조,매조10과:A 조불진행임하처리;B 조용수지충전수복;C 조용파리섬유장+수지충전수복;D 조용수지충전+주자첩면수복;E 조용파리섬유장+주자첩면수복。수복후,제비항절강도검측시건,사용만능시험궤진행압력시험,분별기록재하대소、아치절렬적위치화방식병진행통계학분석。결과B 조재하력치여 A 조차이무통계학의의(P >0.05);C 조、D 조、E 조재하력치여 A、B 조유명현차이(P <0.001)。결론사용복합수지충전수복근관치료후상합중절아구유교고적항절강도;사용자첩면수복,아체조직적거제강저료아치적항절강도。
Objective To explore the effects of glass fiber posts and different restorations on the fracture resistance and fracture mode of endodontically treated maxillary incisors.Methods Fifty maxillary central incisors which had been given tooth extraction due to periodontitis were divided into five groups according to the random number table,with 10 incisors in each group.No therapy was given to Group A.Group B was given restoration with composite resin.Group C was given restoration with glass fiber posts and composite resin. Group D was given restoration with composite resin and ceramic veneer.Group E was given restoration with glass fiber posts and ceramic veneer.After the restored specimens for fracture resistance test were finished,a universal testing machine was applied to the stress test.The fracture load as well as fracture location and type was recorded and analyzed statistically.Results There was no significant difference in the fracture load between Group B and Group A(P >0.05).The fracture loads of Group C,Group D and Group E were significantly different from those of Group A and Group B(P <0.001).Conclusion The endodontically treated maxillary incisors restored with composite resin achieve higher fracture resistance.The restoration with ceramic veneer and tooth structure removal might decrease the fracture resistance of the incisors.
