桥梁管理系统(BM S )是辅助管理者进行桥梁日常管理、模拟分析和制定决策的管理工具。为解决当前BM S中普遍存在的管理体系不完整、分析和评估模型落后、人机交互体验性较差、维护困难等问题,采用网络地理信息系统(WebGIS )技术以增强数据可视化效果,提高人机交互体验,并解决资源共享等问题;通过建立科学的退化模型和费用模型以提高桥梁全寿命期分析和评估的准确性。在此基础上,研发了一个原型系统,通过记录桥梁的历史检测数据,挖掘可用信息,对桥梁未来状态以及经济效益进行预测,从而实现对桥梁运维全过程的跟踪、分析和评估。应用表明,基于WebGIS技术的新一代BM S能提高桥梁管理的效率。

The bridge management system (BMS) is a kind of management toolkit helping the management staff to carry out the bridge routine management ,simulation analysis and decision‐making .To solve the problems ,such as the imperfect management systems ,out‐of‐date analysis and evaluation models ,poor human‐machine interaction experiences and inconvenient maintenance , extensively existing in the current BMSs , the Web Geographic Information System (WebGIS ) technology is used in this research to enhance the data visualization effect ,improve the human‐ma‐chine interaction experiences and give solution to the resource sharing on the one hand and on the other hand ,to improve the accuracy of life‐cycle analysis and evaluation of the bridges by means of establishing the wise degradation and cost models .On the basis of the efforts having been made ,a prototype of a new generation BMS is developed and by means of recording the historic inspection data and mining the usable data of the bridges ,the future conditions and economic benefits of the bridges are predicted and consequently ,the tracking ,analysis and evaluation of the w hole process of the bridge operation and maintenance will be realized .The practical application shows that with the developed BMS based on the WebGIS technology ,the efficiency of the bridge management can be greatly improved .
