目的 探讨医学院教师对精神医学的态度.方法 采用自编的精神医学态度调查问卷对济宁医学院120名教师进行问卷调查.结果 94.2%的教师认为精神医学是一门发展迅速、前景广阔的前沿学科,88.3%的教师认为与其他医学分支学科的治疗相比精神科治疗同样有效;有78.3%的教师愿意鼓励优秀医学生进入精神科,3.3%的教师认为进入精神科工作是对医学教育的浪费;100.0%的教师认为精神疾病至少应该和躯体疾病一样值得关注,93.3%的教师认为从事与精神疾病患者在一起的工作是值得的,44.2%的教师认为精神疾病患者倾向于暴力和不可预测性.12.5%的教师认为精神医学是不科学的,2.5%的教师认为精神疾病治疗是没有证据为基础的.结论 医学院教师对精神医学的态度总体上是正向的、积极的,部分教师对精神医学仍然存在偏见和错误认知.医学院要重视对教师群体进行精神卫生知识的普及.

Objective To explore the attitudes of teachers in medical college toward psychiatry.Methods 120 teachers were investigated with a questionnaire self-edited.Results 94.2% teachers think psychiatry is a rapidly expanding frontier of medicine.88.3% teachers think psychiatric treatments are as effective as treatments in other branches of medicine.78.3% teachers would encourage a bright student to enter psychiatry.100.0% teachers think psychiatric illnesses deserve at least as much attention as physical illnesses.93.3% teachers think working with psychiatric patients is rewarding.12.5% teachers think psychiatry is unscientific.2.5% teachers think psychiatric treatments are not evidencebased.44.2% teachers think psychiatric patients tend to be violent and unpredictable.3.3% teachers think entering psychiatry is a waste of medical education.Conclusions Majority of the teachers had positive attitudes toward psychiatry.There are still some misunderstandings of psychiatry.Medical college should pay more attention to the education of psychiatric knowledge among teachers.
