目的：探讨白细胞介素（IL）－1β－511和 IL－10－592位点基因多态性与尘肺、尘肺合并结核遗传易感性的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应－限制性片断长度多态性技术检测103例尘肺患者、51例尘肺合并结核病患者及60例粉尘接触者IL－1β－511和 IL－10－592位点基因多态性。结果3组 IL－1β－511、IL－10－592位点基因型和等位基因分布比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论IL－1β－511、IL－10－592位点基因多态性与尘肺、尘肺合并结核易感性可能无关。
목적：탐토백세포개소（IL）－1β－511화 IL－10－592위점기인다태성여진폐、진폐합병결핵유전역감성적관계。방법응용취합매련반응－한제성편단장도다태성기술검측103례진폐환자、51례진폐합병결핵병환자급60례분진접촉자IL－1β－511화 IL－10－592위점기인다태성。결과3조 IL－1β－511、IL－10－592위점기인형화등위기인분포비교，차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。결론IL－1β－511、IL－10－592위점기인다태성여진폐、진폐합병결핵역감성가능무관。
Objective To study the relationship of interleukin(IL)-1β-511 and IL-10-592 polymorphisms with susceptibility of pneumoconiosis and pneumoconiosis combined with tuberculosis.Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism was used to detect IL-1β-511 and IL-10-592 polymorphisms in 103 pneumoconiosis patients,51 pneumoconiosis patients with tuberculosis and 60 dust-exposed cases.Results There was no significant difference in the genotype or allele of IL -1β-511,IL-10-592 locus among three groups(P >0.05).Conclusion IL-1β-511 and IL-10-592 polymorphisms might not be associated with susceptibility of pneumoconiosis or pneumoconiosis combined with tuberculosis.
