目的:为眼视光学专业学生储备必要的光学理论知识,为后续相关专业课程的学习做铺垫,探索几何作图和MATLAB仿真模拟在教学中的有效性。方法分别选取西安医学院2012级和2013级眼视光专业60名学生作为对照组和实验组,对2012级学生采用传统教学,对2013级学生采用几何作图和MATLAB仿真模拟教学,通过比较两组综合成绩、学生问卷调查结果和后续专业课教师评分,评价基于几何作图和MATLAB仿真模拟的教学效果。结果实验组学生的综合成绩、自我评价及教师评价均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于几何作图和MATLAB仿真模拟可以使光学中的抽象概念形象化,帮助学生建立直观的物理图像,激发学生学习兴趣,教学效果良好。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of applying geometric mapping and MATLAB simula-tion in the teaching with the purpose of reserving necessary optical theory knowledge for students and matting for sub-sequent related professional course. Methods Sixty students of grade 2012 were chosen as control group (which were given traditional teaching), and 60 students of grade 2013 were chosen as experimental group (which were giv-en geometric mapping and MATLAB simulation teaching). The teaching effect basing on geometric mapping and MATLAB simulation was evaluated by comparing the students' overall scores, questionnaires of self-assessment and the teachers' evaluation. Results The students'comprehensive performance, self-assessment scores and teachers' eval-uation of experimental group were all superior to those of control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of geometric mapping and MATLAB simulation can visualize abstract concept in optics, help students establishing intuitive physical image and stimulate their interests in learning, therefore can obtain good teaching effect.
