目的:优选黄芪多糖护肤品的基质组成。方法:以乳膏基质稳定性及外观性状为考察指标,设计单因素优化乳化油相所需HLB值、乳化温度和制备方法;设计L9(34)正交试验考察油相和水相的配比、乳化剂HLB值对乳膏的影响。结果:最佳的基质组成是:油相(硬脂酸:液体石蜡:白凡士林为1.0:1.7:0.9),乳化剂HLB值为13,最适温度为80℃;水相(甘油:三乙醇胺:水为7.0:15.0:1.0)。结论:该软膏处方合理,质量稳定,方法简单。

목적:우선황기다당호부품적기질조성。방법:이유고기질은정성급외관성상위고찰지표,설계단인소우화유화유상소수HLB치、유화온도화제비방법;설계L9(34)정교시험고찰유상화수상적배비、유화제HLB치대유고적영향。결과:최가적기질조성시:유상(경지산:액체석사:백범사림위1.0:1.7:0.9),유화제HLB치위13,최괄온도위80℃;수상(감유:삼을순알:수위7.0:15.0:1.0)。결론:해연고처방합리,질량은정,방법간단。
Objective: To optimize the matrix composition of Astragalus polysaccharides skincare products. Methods:The stability and appearance properties of Astragalus polysaccharides skincare product were used as the targets of evaluation, the HLB value of emulsified oil phase, the emulsifying temperature, and the preparation methods were optimized by using single-factor test. The influences of the ratio of oil phase and water phase and the emulsifiers HLB value on emulsifiable paste were explored by using L 9(34) orthogonal experiment design. Results: The optimum matrix composition was the oil phase of stearie acide:liquid paraffin:white vaseline=1.0:1.7:0.9,the emulsifiers HLB value 13, the emulsify temperature 80 °C, and the water phase of glycerol:triethylolamine:water=7.0:15.0:1.0. Conclusion:The formulation of Astragalus polysaccharides skincare product is suitable, the quality is stable, and the preparation method is simple.
