设计并加工了一套拉深筋阻力测试装置。通过拉深筋阻力试验得到了9组不同拉深筋圆角半径下的拉深筋阻力,以及真实拉深筋阻力与拉深筋圆角半径间的关系,并通过对比分析拉深筋阻力的实测值与等效拉深筋理论计算值,发现了在相同的拉深筋几何参数条件下,等效拉深筋阻力计算值较真实拉深筋阻力值偏大的现象。同时,建立了拉深筋几何参数理论值与实际值之间以及拉深筋阻力计算值与实际值之间的映射关系,根据该映射,可获得拉深筋几何参数和阻力的计算值与实际值的对应关系,对企业生产中减少设计余量和模具调试工作量,具有实际意义。

Draw bead restraining test device was designed and manufactured to measure the draw bead restraining force with varying draw bead fillet radius .Relationship between real draw bead resistance and draw bead fillet radius was obtained .Through the comparison and analysis of experimental results and equivalent draw bead theoretic results ,the equivalent draw bead restraining force is found larger than the experimental data with the same geo‐metrical parameters .In this paper ,the mapping relationships between theoretical and actu‐al values of both draw bead fillet radius and draw bead restraining force were established , which can reduce the design margin and try out workload in stamping die design .
