According to the structure characteristics of car wheel hub and the product batch production requirements ,the mould with multi‐cavity and half split structure is determined . The structure design of the mould core components is introduced ,and the selection of the gating system , cooling system , pushing mechanism and side core pulling mechanism are presented . Through the injection molding test , the plastic part with a fine and smooth appearance is obtained .Besides ,the mould action is flexible and the structure is reliable .
